My order was marked as inaccurate address, but when I checked it, I saw that it was the right address. I don't understand why it was wrongly marked as the wrong address.

My parcel was not delivered but status showed 'delivered'. Tried to call the customer service , but the phone number stated on the page is not in used. Totally speechless!

On my side it states "out for delivery" since Mon 18th March 2024 but till today 20th it has yet to be delivered.
