Worse ever customer service. Made a promise to me but didn't fulfill it. Imagine having a flight in 2 days and still haven't send me and expect me to what miss my flight? Shitty policy they have. No integrity

Rabak. Koyak. Horrible. 3 different things supposed to be delivered by Shopee Xpress. Item 1 - status keep being “unsuccessful: buyer not on location.” even when I was home. Item 2 - Small item delivery can slot into my gate but also said unsuccessful because missed route. Item 3 - Delivery at 10pm. Like that Sunday should also have delivery, yes?
