Delivery man just throw my parcel on the floor. It was caught on camera with his face. Please kindly tell all your delivery personnel to respect our parcel. You won’t like it if your parcel is thrown on the floor right?

Lousy, parcel reported missing multiple times. And delivery is never on time, unable to track my parcel and no update or whatsoever. Shopee you needs to be responsible for using the mentioned logistics company,. I'm trying to get help from Shopee but their live chat is always unavailable.

Failed delivery twice due to insufficient time for delivery. Third time will be sent back to seller accordingly to shopee help. What is wrong.😑
