Delivery schedule was 11 to 9pm. But now 10:04 no news of whereabout...Driver no call and customer hotline ask to email.

Company texted me at 1pm to say that delivery will be made within the next 3 hours. At 6.30pm, package hasn't arrived, so i went out for dinner. Package arrived 6.55pm, no one was there, received failed delivery notice and learnt from customer service that there will be a re-attempt the next day between 9am - 9pm. Unfortunately, no show. What trash service.

item on delivery since forever... supposed to be 3 to 5 working days... i do not understand this. why do they like to delayed others item for xmas or maybe birthday ??? ridiculous!!
